St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College in collaboration with Saint Paul’s Institute for Reproductive Health and Rights have made a decision to conduct the second annual reproductive health symposium virtually.

The committee has developed the plan for successful implementation of the virtual event in light of the current pandemic that made face to face meeting a challenge.

The symposium will take place on November 13, 2020, under the theme “Reproductive health provision in the era of COVID-19; Challenges and mitigation strategies”.

The event is expected to accommodate a wide reproductive health community both locally and internationally.

This will be an opportunity to connect with researchers, advocates, and activists in the area of reproductive health globally.  We are strongly working with our partners to ensure that the symposium will be an opportunity to showcase best practices in the field and share the latest findings in the research that can influence policy making.  We will host an international plenary and provide an opportunity to share experience on how to continue providing quality reproductive health services in the time of COVID-19 from countries with firsthand experience.

In this challenging time, we wish health and protection to doctors, nurses, and midwives who are working diligently day and night to make reproductive health widely accessible despite continuous threat caused by COVID-19 infection.

We are looking forward to your active participation for the event in November 2020.
