Provision of quality education and training that address the current need of the patient and community is one of the core strategic objectives of SPHMMC. In the past years, the department of OB/GYN in partnership with other institutions has taken the level of training to higher level by opening fellowship programs in four subspecialties including Family Planning (FP). In fast growing diversified professionals, it is essential to develop career- enhancing education, teaching and leadership skills, and continue increasing connectivity with the global community that will establish high caliber faculties and medical professionals who will sustain the workforce while retaining inspirational leaders. The project plans to employ innovation and technology in providing flexible teaching delivery model that could facilitate learning. Adaptability of programs in partnership with local (both internal and external) as well as international universities while tailoring training on current issues would also attract students and create an opportunity for international students’ enrolment
