SPIRHR as an institution dedicated to professional development and knowledge sharing launched its State of the Art Webinars in January of 2022. In collaboration with St.Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College and other local and international partners, we have hosted lectures on contemporary SRHR issues such as Termination of pregnancy in women with uterine scar, evidence and practice, Global Abortion Policies, and its Effect on Maternal Health, Contraceptive implants: updates and challenges, including difficult removals as well as Task sharing and Task Shifting in Abortion care.
The sessions hosted guests from global and local organizations sharing current knowledge and best practices in SRHR. Moreover, with our sessions being attended by professionals from all over the world the webinars have also served as a unique opportunity to share this learning with a global audience. We believe that it has created and will continue to create a huge learning opportunity for academicians, researchers, and policymakers working in the field of sexual and reproductive health.
