St. Paul Institute for Reproductive Health and Rights (SPIRHR) hosted a two-day training workshop on implementation science in partnership with The Center for International Reproductive Health Training at the University of Michigan (CIRHT-UM). The workshop aimed to explore how complementary implementation science (IS) research methods can bridge the gap between high-quality evidence and effective health programs. The training focused on addressing implementation barriers, using appropriate research and evaluation methods for fidelity and effectiveness, learning from real-world examples, and applying these principles to clinical practice in Ethiopia to enhance healthcare outcomes. The training took place on April 15th and 16t, 2024, and was led by Dr. Julie Buser from CIRHT-UM.
